Hatch Chiles from New Mexico featured at Alchemy

Around this time each year, we bring in fresh green chiles from the famed Hatch Valley in New Mexico. The chiles are pretty spicy, but they are famous for their earthy flavor. All this week during lunch hours our special will be a “Burrito Mojado” or “wet burrito”, filled with Mexican Barbacoa beef, avocado, cheese, and tender pinto beans, then covered with Hatch Chile salsa and cotija cheese.
